For our spanish speaking customers:

Good day to our New Mexico VetTriage partner,
1. We have a fantastic announcement to make. On Wednesday, November 23rd, we are launching the first ever, Spanish-language, teletriage platform! This new service furthers our mission of assisting our valuable hospital and rescue partners and staff, as well as increasing access to care for their patients. We recognized the Spanish-speaking community is underserved within the veterinary field outside of normal hospital hours, and wanted to extend the same level of care to those pet parents who either do not, or are uncomfortable, speaking English. The link to the website is https://vettriage.com/esp/
The functionality remains the same. Our Spanish-speaking doctors will be available 24/7 for any species globally for those pet owners and clients of yours who speak Spanish. The client can either use the link directly, or upon creating an account and paying for their session, they can select the language of their choice, either English or Spanish.
We are proposing the following ways to help spread the word. If we can help you with this endeavor, please let me know. As always, we are accessible to help improve our platform to maximize your professional quality of life, while also allowing an increase to access to care.
— Add to your website aside or beneath the current VetTriage logo “¿Hablas Espanol? Presione Aqui
— Add the link https://vettriage.com/esp/ or make the above wording link to that URL
— Staff education for making those clients aware that we can help and how to direct them to our website
— Post to your social media the announcement
— Mention that VetTriage can help Spanish-speaking clients on your voicemail, your e-mail auto-responses, e-mail blasts, and newsletters
Proposed social media post —
“Our telehealth partners at VetTriage have expanded their services to the Spanish-speaking community. VetTriage now offers Spanish-speaking doctors available for any type of pet 24 hours a day, seven days a week. With the same easy sign-on process and affordable fee, you can talk to an experienced and compassionate Spanish-speaking veterinarian on live video to assess whether or not your pet requires emergency care and what kind of home care and monitoring instructions can be performed. Use this link for immediate access: https://vettriage.com/esp/
2. We are rebranding the site with a beautiful new logo and a friendly consumer-facing interface! The functionality will remain, with easy access to signing on quickly, news and blog information, our top-notch partner list, and more! Lookout for this makeover in January 2023.
3. Window decals will be mailed to your facility featuring our new look. These decals can be placed on your doors and windows for clients to spot easily from the parking lot or the lobby. If you ever need more decals please let us know! We will also email you new rebranded flyers that will contain QR codes for east access from mobile devices.
To conclude, we have triaged over 30 different animal types from 15 different countries, from partners all around the world. It has been an absolute pleasure to help your facility and your clients, and we cannot thank you enough for allowing us the opportunity.
As always, any feedback is welcome! We will continue to expand how we operate in order to improve the veterinary culture and access to care. Stay tuned for even more!

Every visit to our full-service veterinary facility for dogs and cats is filled with love and care. Read what our current clients are saying so you can feel confident that your pets are in good hands.

I have taken dogs to them since October 2011 and have never had a bad experience. They have been helpful and very compassionate when we had to send two dogs to the Rainbow Bridge. I feel they really care and are not in it just ‘as a business’.

I like how friendly the staff is. From setting up the appointment to helping me get my little guy in the car. Everyone in there showed concern for my dog, especially when we found out what was causing all of his pain. The doctor himself was caring and actually listened to me when it came to me telling him what was going on. He took me in the back where they do the x rays and took his time showing me what all was wrong. He had a lot of concern with my dogs weight and suggested to have him lose weight. He reminds me of my vet back home, very friendly and very professional. Looking forward to having my pup see this doctor for all his needs while we’re here.

I could never say enough about these folks. I would trust my own life to them.

We had our puppy’s first appt the other day at Alamogordo Animal Hospital, and they were so AWESOME! All of the staff were so wonderful; Dr. Byrnes is so knowledgeable and reassuring, and we felt that she, the techs, and receptionists truly cared for our boy! Plus, our pup had an accident in the car just before we went in, and they graciously gave us cleaning supplies to clean it up! Highly recommend this place if you are looking for an incredible vet experience for you and your pet!

I’ve been using Alamogordo Animal Hospital for a few years now and have yet to have a bad experience. When Dr. Wiley was there, he and his staff were amazing and supportive when it was time for my boxer to cross the rainbow bridge. Now Dr. Byrnes-Wood and her staff have been amazing in helping me care for my other senior boxer, who is having pain and mobility issues. Definitely glad I switched to AAH when I did.

I just took my 3rd and last animal, here, since I just moved here from Md., in August. The Alamogordo Animal Hospital came highly recommended and I would recommend them as well. I have 2 dogs and a cat, and was really happy with the interaction with the vet and my animals, and vice versa. My normally nervous cat was completely relaxed, and behaved well.
Definitely 5 star

We made a trip to NM, and we ran short on our dogs’ medicine. They called our vet in CA and we were able to get a few extra pills. Danah is a GODSEND! so nice and friendly! Thank you so much for taking away some of our stress from the trip. God Bless this animal hospital!!!
